	Circle Towers 9411 Lee Highway Fairfax,  Va 22031 703-273-9054 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  1.0 Parking:  2.0 Appearance:  1.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  1.0 Unit Condition:   1.0 Noise:  2.0		Review Title:  Absolute Dump Ii Reviewer:  Angelaqueen   Review Date:  2/3/04      Rate This Apartment     Hey this must be a new board for apartment reviews.Please see apartmentratings.net for my discussion of Circle Towers last year (Absolute dump).Although my mail isn't getting stolen this year, the garage still has some serious issues.Last year, the management promised that it would be fixed, and I even had to give up my parking space for 2 weeks while heavy equipment occupied the space.However, whatever they did then did not work as there are still 2 -3 inch deep puddles in between you and your car. Yep it's a real maze getting to your car.I'm sure tonight will be high tide since we had about an inch of rain.Since last year, they have added a large speed bump to the property, yet they never painted the darn thing so drivers can see it.The rats have not really been a problem this year until last night, when I heard a rat in between my bedroom wall and the apartment next to mine.I will say that last year when I told management about the rats they were surprisingly responsive.(I figured they would just tell me to go away like they usually did).They had maintenance set traps and I didn't have rats anymore.I hope this year they also trap the rats.
