|  |  |  | Review Title: The Reserve |  |  |  |  |  | Reviewer: Anonymous |  | | | Review Date: 5/17/04 | |  |  |  | | | Rate This Apartment | |  |  |   | | | The Reserve is a well kept, beautiful property.The maintenance is above average, and the leasing staff and management are highly professional, amiable people.The only drawback will be the price, and ironically there are numerous fine apartment homes in this area; however, you may find that The Reserve is one of the more expensive.My family has resided here for almost one year, and from what I can tell from talking with other tenants, the rents are rising.Although most of us were attractedbecause of a great marketing campaign featuring rent specials, there is some disappointment at the rising rents.Please remember that although your rent special is fantastic, keep in mind that you may experience a substantial rent increase equivalent to the market rate when it comes time for renewal.What my family and many others residing at the Reserve find most puzzling is that the management or owners should try to keep good tenants by keeping the rental increase year to year to a minimum. We realize that costs rise, and that is understandable.However, you may try to find a property that is equitable in amenities and/or value for a cheaper price at the end of the lease, and that is not good for either the tenant or the apartment complex.Otherwise, the property is absolutely superb if you have the funds to keep up with rental increases. | | |  | |
