The worst Management I've ever seen

This is the third Archstone that I've lived in and by far it has the worst staff of all time (except for two of the ladies who work in the leasing office.) The management has made promises that they've broken. They do no return any messages that are left for them. The 24 hour turn around for Maintenance requests is a joke. They are completely inflexiable.  Need to rent an apartment?
