Apartment Review for Archstone Monument Park - Fairfax, VA

first off, the leasing office is ridiculous. none of them know what is going on half the time and should be a requirement that they have a degree. I feel like im speaking to kids when i need to get something done, or have a simple question for them. they have not once returned my calls, so i always have to go to the office to speak to them in person. the parking situation/rules are horrible , we've gotten towed twice while we've been here for no reason once and the other time was because they changed the rules without informing anyone! this is a bad place to live, dont do it trust me.
