Apartment Review for Carmel Vienna Metro - Fairfax, VA

Management staff needs to follow through on there promises. They do not follow through on what they say. Children are in the gym unattended, using expensive equipment, and nothing is done about it. Today I went to the gym and there was a 5 year old with an adult using her own tread mill. I asked to use the tread mill, and the adult said the child was using is. 5 YEARS OLD. I pay good rent to stand in line for a 5 year old. Where are the policies and regualtions? Last week there was 2 times that two children were in the gym with NO adult playing on the equiment,and spilling water all over the floors. The management staff needs to get there act together. While this 5 year old was on the tread mill, management went buy trying to sell another unit to someone. That is all you care about. I would never recommend this place.
