Apartment Review for Copperfield Square/Gainsborough Ct - Fairfax, VA

Living at Gainsborough Court Apartments was probably the worst decision I have ever made. The rent is way too high for what you get. My unit even received a delinquent payment notice with threats of lawsuits from the leasing office when we did nothing wrong. I went to the office to ask about it and they said they didn't know...(wtf) Then later they said it was a "computer error" which I heard a lot through the next months. The staff in the office is completely ignorant, rude, and most of all love to lie. I was told so many thing by different staff members and then later something totally different actually happened. There was a ton of BS that happened to me there but the worst I just found out about. Our deposit for the apartment was an insane $2,500..and they are now telling me we get NOTHING back...They have stolen money and frequent occasions with their little fees and bs..this is just disconcerting..If you love getting crapped on and your money stolen like at Gainsborough court!
