Apartment Review for Amberliegh - Fairfax, VA

The management here is pretty bad.I have joined in here since MAY and we are totally regreting for the same.

Following are some feedbacks on amenities provided here:

There is no hot water for most of the times..and now a days even the cold water supply is missing at times.There is no heating blowers in the house.when we approached the staff they said this way they make energy saving!! The residents of the apartment just above ours switch on high volume and mega bass music since 06:00 AM IN THE MORNING!!!!!And the music is so loud that we cant do our daily chores normally leave aside even sleeping properly.And to top it ,there is continuous screeching and thumping of the floors above us.There is some or the other kind of noise which is always coming from the ceiling. when we approached the Mgmnt about this they reckoned" sorry we cant do anything about this"!!!

There is a seepage in the ceiling..for which nothing has been done up till now!

Also,there has been power failures in the house. Due to the power failure the AC was not working consistently and the temperature was damn hot here.It was very suffocating.

we dont have a washer dryer connected and there is no provision to connect in future too.

we have been to the office umpteen no of times but hardly there was any implementation of what was said to us.all they want is a WRITTEN RECORD OF UR COMPLAINS.I dont comprehend that.

Its pathetic. The apartment we are living in has become worse to even manage a peaceful stay. We are suffering badly.and cursing the day when we joined AMBERLEIGH.
