Apartment Review for Archstone Monument Park - Fairfax, VA

I am a resident at this community. According to the management, the apartment is luxury and charge extremely high rate. However, management is terrible. They never clean up public area and consider residents. All their policy is to make their profit by exploiting the residents. Parking policy is another terrible one. They issue only one parking permit and if residents have two cars, they force to rent garage or carport even though it is not located in downtown. Frequently, they change lease contract during the leasing year and force to sign. In conclusion, I would like to recommend you not to lease this apartment. In this area, there are lots of much better apartments than this one. Don't be enticed by a view of this community.
