The management is beyond terrible, the maintenance is awful(the stairs in my building were missing nuts and bolts and never were fixed after being reported 3x), and it's rapidly becoming more and more unsafe. There are less expensive complexes in the same area that are much better managed. There's no need to shell out the kind of money this place asks for at all.  Need to rent an apartment?
