Apartment Review for Carmel Vienna Metro - Fairfax, VA

This apartment complex is amazing! Too bad the office staff and organization or horrible. Nothing is ever done correctly or in an orderly fashion. Management has still not resolved issues with tenants, yet they are still trying to finish their leasing capacity eventhough other tenants were FLOODED out of their home do to a building problem! You pay WAY TOO MUCH money for a place with such horrible management staff.
