Apartment Review for Carmel Vienna Metro - Fairfax, VA

I have lived at Carmel for three months now and my experience has been nothing but positive. My move to DC went very smoothly with the helpful staff. I am an avid runner and really enjoy the 24hr fitness center and the starbucks machine in the clubhouse. Since I moved into my apratment I've had one maintenance issue which was repaired rather quickly. At times I hear talking in the hallways and the people above me walking but I've lived in several apartment buildings and that seems to be the norm in apartment living. Overall I'm pleased with the choice I made when I moved to the DC area.
