Apartment Review for Circle Towers Apartments - Fairfax, VA

A dumpster...this place is full of roaches and rats. In the night when you woke up to take a glass of water, the kitchen floor is full of them. Rats I have seen 3 times only in a whole year. The retal office staff are very nice to get you move in; but once you do, they treat you like meat becasue they know they have your signature. The elevators are 29 years old; most of the times are broke. I wouldn't recommend it, not even to my worse enemy.
