Apartment Review for Circle Towers Apartments - Fairfax, VA

This is a so-called "luxury" apartment complex. Yeah right! Circle Towers had my car towed 8 times because I didn't have the "right" parking permit, or because I parked in the wrong spot. I complained to the managers, but they are extremely rude and not very understanding. They had my car towed even though they know my car belongs to one of their residents. Each time they tow my car, I have to pay $90 to get it back. That's $720 for the 8 times they towed my car. Just look at the other reviews about this apartment. Elevators are almost always broken. Insulation is so poor you can actually feel cold air blowing in even when the window is CLOSED. Walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor open and close their closet doors. The main door is always broken so anybody can get in. The garage ceiling leaks rust. There was an incident where a piece of the ceiling fell on a car. I've witnessed people actually getting stuck in the elevators on several occasions because the management refuses to get them fixed. In short, DO NOT MOVE HERE! You will end up paying a LOT more for this apartment AFTER you move in.
