Apartment Review for Circle Towers Apartments - Fairfax, VA

The worse apartment experience ever. Badly managed and maintained. Management looks for way to drive revenue through other fees. Elevators seldom worked. Trash and litter constant problem. Cleaning in common areas was sparatic. Locks on building entrance didn't work or doors left unlocked. Laundry room was dirty and smelly. I had garage parking. Garage was cleaned only once during the year there. Not the best neighbors. A lot of Section 8 tenants. Staff was pleasant at first. then became defensive. Likedunit. Hated the complex. Noise had begun to be a problem near end of lease. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
