Yes, it could be better, the elevator company were idiots. You could blame that on managment but sometimes it's the elevator company techs. Contracts are sometimes hard to break. The new elevator company seems to be on the ball. I have lived at worst places by far. Shopping center within 1/2 mile and many other stores close by. An OK place to live.  Need to rent an apartment?
