The only reason I lived in Circle Towers was because I was desperate. I needed a play to stay while attending grad school, but was strapped for time when trying to find a place. Anyhow, that aside -- DO NOT LIVE IN THIS SHITHOLE. If you aren't "ghetto" before you come here, this place will make you that way. Filthy foreign Indians, drafty rooms, no parking, etc...
