Worst apartments ever seen !!!

Despite recent expensive renovations the apartments are still the same. The Biggest problem is elevator. The newly renovated is still breaks down often. Not enough heat in winter but the utility bill will be very high. No hot water in the morning hours most cold days. Rude staff and management. Not clean environment. Worst maintainance.  Need to rent an apartment?
