Apartment Review for Circle Towers Apartments - Fairfax, VA

This apartment complex is no different than a prison. Fences and gates everywhere limiting where you can and cannot go. It's like a bloody concentration camp. Management? DO NOT BE FOOLED. Unless you a desperate, run and do NOT look back. Sure, they'll coax you and butter you up but as soon as you sign those papers say goodbye to freedom and say hello to TERRIBLE, IMPATIENT, and RUDE SERVICE. I cannot agree more with reviewers who have labeled Circle Towers as "hell", it IS HELL. Oh oh oh and parking? HAAAA, WOW....Okay, so NO LIE, NO EXAGGERATIONS.....Circle Towers have some sort of deal with Dominion Towing where Circle Towers gets a chunk of the profit made from those tow trucks that seriously, the tow guys LITERALLY walk CAR-to-CAR with a flashlight to check EVERY CAR to see if they have a parking sticker and if you don't have one, you can BET YOUR ASS you'll be in Merrifield a couple hours later paying $100 to get your car back......Oh oh oh and check this out, while I was there picking up my car I read a fax from Sandi (leasing management worker) to Dominion Towing that said, "IMPOUND FEE FOR CIRCLE TOWERS IS NO LONGER $90, NOW RAISED TO $100"......first of all, HOW SKETCHY is it that a CIRCLE TOWERS worker is determining WHAT THE IMPOUND FEE IS?! This place is GREEDY, SELF FISH, CRUEL, UNSANITARY (I've seen individual homes with as many as FIFTEEN PEOPLE LIVING IN ONE HOUSE), NASTY, and just plain right HELL. PLEASE BE WARNED, AND they JUST raised up rent a few weeks ago.....greedy bastards.
