1). This apartment complex is located near to GMU. All indian students reside in these apartments. Around 5-8 people stay in one apartment with lease on one person's name. No security. Noise levels high as these students party around on weekends and weekdays. And theres construction going on everywhere in this complex. NOISE level HIGHEST. 2). Maintenance sucks. You need to have a handy man degree to stay in this apartment. You complain and they will send some guy who comes and says everythings ok. He wont do it. About the positive point: Its nicely located at walking distance to Metro. ONLY POSITIVE point.
