Apartment Review for Circle Towers Apartments - Fairfax, VA

The management is very rude. They do not even take care of basic things. The drainage system got clogged and the sewage water filled my kitchen when I was at work. The service guy came in the evening and said "you can clean it up with a cloth" and left. Once my fridge stopped working and it took them two days to replace the fridge and I had to throw away all my food and groceries. I had bed bugs infestation. I asked for a pest control, but they did not inform me when the pest control guy will be coming to my apartment so that I could prepare my house for pest control. This guy comes one fine Saturday afternoon without any notice. The bed bugs did not go with that treatment. I personally bought a lot of pest control sprays to get rid of the bugs. Vistor's parking is a nightmare. You cannot get visitor's parking spaces that easily and the leasing office gives only 20 passes for 610 apartments per day. The other worst thing is the utility. The utility cost is shared by the whole building and hence you don't have control over your utility bill. There were cold drafts in every room of the apartment. I paid 180 dollars constantly through the winter for a 2 bedroom apartment. Construction is going on in all three towers and they start doing the construction work at 6.00 in the morning even on a Saturday when you just want to sleep a little bit more. The management did not do anything about this. The apartments are very old and they are just trying to spend some money and make it look better from outside. The apartment is also not worth the price. I paid 1400 for a 2 bedroom apartment and they wanted 1500 for the next year. The management is useless and rude. My friend was supposed to get a referral bonus of $300 for referring someone, but never got the money. Now I am trying to get my security deposit from them, but it is going to be a big task to get it out of them. If you don't mind sewage water in the kitchen, bugs, old expensive apartment and rude management then circle towers is not a bad choice.
