Apartment Review for Copperfield Square/Gainsborough Ct - Fairfax, VA

I was there for more than one year. At first, it's ok, but when I decide to leave, it's a nightware. First, they use some trick information and lead us to break lease even we don't want and don't need to. And then they ate their words and insist that they never said that blabla...... They also said that there were something in the lease term but you can't find those term anywhere. And then they said it's industry standard ...... So based on those error information they told us, we are forced to break lease even it's their fault. And then, after we moved out, we receiv a large repair charge. We lived in five different apartment before. The only move-out charge we receive is $25 and we know what it is. But this apartment will try to charge you everything even you already paied $125 cleaning fee to them!. that's a more than $300 charge after move out!!! So my suggestion is, stay away from this apartment. They will play game with you if you want to move out.
