PLace is falling apart. Rent is too high for what you get. Dumpster location is terrible as well as the mailboxes. Management is completely unfriendly. The windows suck... bad insulation. Parking is TERRIBLE! The place is just ghetto and I am so happy to be leaving!  Need to rent an apartment?
