Apartment Review for Copperfield Square/Gainsborough Ct - Fairfax, VA

OLD OLD OLD. Stuff is always falling apart and the leasing office will never send anyone for repairs so they can save money. The ventiliation is bad so your heat and A/C bill is going to cost $$$$ They recently tried to renovate by painting but it was hopeless! The painting was horribly done: the doors and balcony have patches of the old color still visible and oh yeah after the people were done with the upgrdae there was crap all over the place they don't care. WE will be moving out at year end. Bugs everywhere and the unit below us has smokers and the smoke seeps through the heat A/C vents. STAY AWAY...
