Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

I've lived here for almost a year now (recently renewed my lease for another year). The buildings are older (which generally means bigger rooms than newer apartment buildings ... but, you have to deal with maintenance needs). My apartment backs to large trees and greenery ... very nice (in lieu of viewing a parking lot or another apartment). Of course, not all apartments have this option ... but, it is one of the things I enjoy about this apartment. There have been some problems with apartment management and/or maintenance ... but, you'll have that in most places and it just takes follow-through and follow-up. Just need to keep in mind that all of us are trying to do our job the best we can ... so, be understanding and don't stress too much.
