Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

Buyers beware!!! apt is spacious but because it is so old that everything started to break. Out apt got flooded several times where it forced us to leave the apt in order for them to repair the carpet and ceiling. I would say unless they repair the whole piping system, I would NOT live in here. Having rained inside the apt is abs the last thing you want to worry about. In addition, the management is abs horrible that they have no sympathy for you. Pretty much it comes to just stealing your money. Definetly ask about the history of the apt before moving in!
