Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

The rent isn't bad, the parking was fabulous, and I always felt safe. The stairwells look horrible but the apartment are quite comfy. They are a little slow to repair/address issues in the common areas but they are very timely when it comes to individual resident porblems. The office staff is friendly but they are hard to get a hold of. Neighbors are neighbors, it is the luck of the draw but management will speak to residents if people complain. Most of the time though if you just ask your neighbors to keep it down that works fine. And as I mentioned earlier, the parking is great! There is always enough room to have guests. This place is pretty nice, not great but nice.
