This apt. is so old, the garbage disposal failed, the washing machine failed, the air conditioner IN AUGUST failed and they took a month to replace it... I had to threaten a lawsuit before they fixed it. Not worth the money, this place is raping us so we are moving asap. On the other side, there is no crime (other than the rent) and they got a raquetball court which is kickass.  Need to rent an apartment?
