Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

We have a two-BR model, with fireplace. The neighborhood is kind of pretty (landscaping), although some of the tree branches hang over onto residents' balconies. I understand that we are getting new stair banisters, mailboxes, and new plumbing throughout the complex. Also, the parking lot is being repaved soon. The stove and refrigerator are older, but they work. The rent is a bit high, but at least it's nice to know some improvements are being made. I don't have any problems with management, they are nice folks.
