Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

I lived there for one year and it was the worst experience i have ever had. My apartment flooded and they are trying to make me pay for the damages, i couldnt live in my apartment because of the flood for two weeks and gave me almost no compensation, and when they tried to fix everything they left dirty footprints everywhere and left things unfinished. I would not recommend this apartment to ANYONE! There are way better apartments out there!
