Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

I've lived here for over a year and have loved it. This is the favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in (and I've lived in many, unfortunately!) They fix things quickly and are always upgrading things. Every lease renewal you can choose from a list of upgrades. They've been responsive to complaints about noisy neighbors, are always throwing parties for residents, and the staff have never been rude. I have two cars and have never had a problem parking. The trees around here are just gorgeous, there is a pool, a fitness center, its also across from a nice county rec center, and is very close to numerous main highways, with lots of services very nearby (cleaners, pharmacy, grocery store, car wash, etc). I'm only leaving to move home to the midwest to take care of my mother. I always wonder about these terrible reviews - I'm guessing those people are the rude, inconsiderate, loud, partier-types. If you create problems, you'll have problems. Be a decent person, pay your rent on time, and you'll never have a problem here.
