Apartment Review for Elms At Oakton - Fairfax, VA

The apartments are pretty old and the doors and windows were not serviced properly. Outside cold air blows through the gaps in the doors and windows making the heating system ineffective. Apartment office offers help to put platic wrapping(you have to spend $20 to $40 from your pocket to go and buy plastic), but this also doesn't help. Even with this horrible inside chilling issues, our heating bill is going $350 plus per month during winter for a two bedroom apartment. So move to this summer home only if you plan to stay from May to September.
