This experience was such a turn off on renting. Staff is rude and always treats you as if you are bothering them. Definitely not pet friendly. Doesn't show up for scheduled maintenance. Knocks once and barges right in. No privacy. Does not return security deposits. Noisey.  Need to rent an apartment?
