Apartment Review for Fairfax Square Apartments - Fairfax, VA

My fiancee, myself, and our three year old moved in about 8 months ago. Despite a upstairs neighbor who seems to drop bouldars every so often we have been VERY pleased with the place. The maintainence crews are very friendly and capable. On more than one occasion I have had to call in the middle of the night for various reasons (locked out or furnace broke) and each time someone from the office showed up to take care of the problem. Routine, non-emergency maintainence may take time to get addressed, but overall management is responsive. I feel very safe, even on the bottom floor apartment.

This is not to discount the reports of the other posters. I am not denying that someone could have an awful experience here. I just feel that the people who have bad experiences are often the ones who share them. I have known a few people to live here and have met many of my neighbors. Everyone seems to love the place.
