Apartment Review for Fairfax Square Apartments - Fairfax, VA

90% of these reviews are accurate. The noise level is aweful. If you enjoy the aweful cooking smells in your bathroom (must be vented with the kitchen), people playing musical instruments at all hours of the day and night, listening to other people's conversations, them listening to yours (through the paper thin walls), then this place is for YOU! This is not luxury living, the flooring and blinds are cheap. The fridge is small and both it and the dishwasher are cheap. The microwave and stove are not bad. Maintenance does come when called (there is a maintenence hotline that you call), the only problem is that they never truly repair anything, it's just "duct taped" and you will end up calling them for the same issue in a couple of months. Talk about job stability! Management is rude, they will not take care of any noise complaints (they tell you that they will, but they don't). They penalize you for now allowing them access to your bank account (direct debit of your rent). Believe me with the amount of mistakes management makes NEVER trust them with your bank account information!!! Save your sanity and look for another place.
