Apartment Review for Oak Knoll Apartments - Fairfax, VA

Oh MY God!!!!!!! What a horrible place to live. Oak Knolls needs to be condemed!!!! I don't even see how the roaches can stand this place!!!!! The "new" managment team sucks, the maintenance men can barely speak english so if you have a water leak (which happens VERY frequently) good luck in trying to communicate!!!!!!! The roofs leak, there is NO parking, the side railings to the steps are rotting away, it's infested with roaches, the hardwood floors are discusting you they are all marked up and scratched, the kitchen is as big as a closet, the laundry rooms are GROSS! IF you can even have a turn at finding an empty one or IF they arent broke down and need repair the same with the dryers, the hallways smell, the noise is terrible, the new property manager doesnt seem to know what she is doing... durrrrrrr durrrrrrrrrr durrrrrrrrrrrrrr! There is always bird poop on the stair landings, You "have" to furnish your own carpet when living on the upper floors and it is part of the regulations so you have no choice, the air conditionings leak "every" summer so there is always a huge mess in your livingroom area and bedroom area's... along with the mold and mildew, the closets are so old they fall off the tracks continuoulsy, I could go on an on about all of the bad things at Oak Knolls. The owner of the property obviously will not put any money into the property and does not care how the tenants live. I think the best thing that could ever happen to Oak Knolls would be to tear it down! Thank GOD I am out of there!!!
