Large rent increases. +Complex is perched over Rte 66 and noise from traffic, TV & police copters is loud/intrusive. Also in flight path to Dulles. +Flimsy construction. You can hear neighbors using bathroom, building shudders in a strong wind. Cold air pours in thru outlets/around doors in winter. +Staff superficially polite. Maintenance is ok. +Parking is often scarce on weekends. +Appliances dated. +Nice landscaping. +Car wash water off in fall/winter when most needed. +Water/sewer/trash not included in rent.
