Apartment Review for Post Forest Apartments - Fairfax, VA

The grounds are very nicely landscaped, but up to recently their signage, lights, recreational facilities were looking rundown. Recent repairs have brought the community up to speed appearance wise, but current/new residents are being slapped with a very substantial increase to their rent to cover the costs of the refurbishment (at least that is the excused being offered) My rent is going up over a $100 a month. Nice apartments but not that nice - these folks are pushing the rent envelop as deep as they can. Also be advised not to be even 10 minutes late with your rent  they are not tolerant of any circumstances. Newer staff is young and a bit arrogant. If this complex wasnt so convenient to work Id move.
