In finacial issues just like any other crafty apartment complex. Deposit being returned is a joke... and do not paint your apartment.they say you can do it when you move in.tell you it will be $50 to repaint.yeah try $50 a wall. Word of Advice: record your conversations with leasing office or have everything in writing!  Need to rent an apartment?
