Apartment Review for Shenandoah Apartments - Fairfax, VA

Hi, I'm warning to all, who are looking for apartments in the Community of "Shenandoah Crossing Apartments" in Fairfax, VA-22033. This is the worst apartments I lived in my USA life. Don't move into this community by looking that this property is related AIMCO. It is just name sake only. The management of this Shenandoah Crossing apartments are Very Very ..........Crazy people. They are behaving monopoly. Once you moved into this community, thats it. You have to forget about your peacefull life. I'm moved in to this community because I heared that the elementary school i.e West brairgreen ele. school is very good. which is fact, and these community with in this school boundary. thats why I moved in here. Thats it from the day one i'm facing lot of problems. All the time we are living with the following problems: Roaches: living with us and somany times fell down in food, if we identify then we trashed that one, else we don't know howmany times we had that food. somany times that roaches went to inside my daughter's ear and we ran to Doctor. Shower problems: while taking shower Suddenly HOT water fallen on us and somany times our skin burnt. Wind leakage: In winter we living with very child air, because of this leackage. Also our electricity, gas bill is more and more.

You know after complaining somany times, they will come and do some repair, and spray for the roaches which is harm to the kids. but there is no permanant solution. The management people are behaving very rudely, and no curtesy, politeness. I'm helpless, because my lease is not completed.

So, I'm suggesting don't don't don't move into this Hell.
