Camden Property Trust is one of the best property management companies. But sometimes even the best have their disappointments. This particular property is a mismanaged mess from the lack of professional level customer service skills, their lack of consern for the overall cleanliness and security for their tenents. The cronic overflowing trash compactor at the main entrance should be your first clue to turn your car around and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. If you have a legitamate concern get ready to repeat yourself to either the management or the answering machine until you can't stand it anymore. They don't care. And maintenance? You may want to make arrangements to be there if you really want it done, done right or if you don't want some of your possessions to come up missing.

I absolutely recommend Camden, just not, no way, never THIS property. For the same price or better you will be happier and more safe someplace else.
