The walls are paper thin. You can hear word for work in the aprtment below you. I sugest living on the ground floor but then on the other hand you can hear every step the people above you take. Hallway doors slam people yelling in the middle of the night. Parking sucks. I think I got to park in front of my own building 5 times in the past 3 months.  Need to rent an apartment?
