Apartment Review for The Reserve At Fairfax Corner - Fairfax, VA

I saw all of the bad reviews on this place, but thought it was a good location. The apartment is falling apart. Little things like the shower faucet or kitchen nozzle just fall off. But the major problem has been no hot water. During Easter we were without hot water for 4 days. We then had hot water off and on for about a week. We now have the same issue. Note: the water heater was leaking about a month ago. I was told it was fixed. However, here we are and now the water heater is leaking so bad that the pilot won't stay lite. Talk about living your life dangerously for a month.
