wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to give away all of your money to a corporation that just treats you like a number. Gluttons for abuse need only apply. Maybe the managers are writing the reviews that are positive, because no one I talk to is happy here. Even the managers aren't considering we're on our fourth manager in two years and all of the other office employees have come and gone. They raise the rent every year to unreasonable amounts and give you 60 days to move out instead of 30, which is a daunting task to be able to find a new apartment. The "utilities" fee is also raised quite often, which isn't fair, especially conisdering we weren't told about this extra bill until we sat down to sign the lease and our moving truck was waiting outside. The garbage situation is lousy and they're so cheap they've scrapped the recycling program. Never again. Can't wait to move.
